Since using the orthotics that Nadine suggested the plantar fasciitis, crippling pain I was having in both feet dissipated over a few months and has not returned in 4 years.
Then last year I developed a pinched nerve in my left foot. After realising that the same orthotics also covers supporting the foot through the healing process of this issue. I have been able to return to bush walking again. So relieved.
A few things I like about the Step Flex orthotics are,
- The opaque plastic they are made from can be washed.
- They appear almost invisible when you wear them in sandals through summer due to their opaqueness.
